Horrible service from the managers, they do not answe emails on time. They wont freeze my account because I had medical issues two times before and they do not work to find any solution ! worst...

Equinox gyms are by far my favorite gyms to work out in. I was visiting Miami and trained here a couple days. This location is a lot smaller than I expected. Staff was so friendly and helpful....

Not worthy at all. Too expensive for what you get. Look around and you'll find better options at a much better price.

I just don't like rude people. Few hours after getting off the plane I decided to take the elevator to the 4th floor & check out this apparently "highly acclaimed" gym. I just wanted to see what it looked like, the 2 men behind the counter insisted they see my room key and had me sign in. When I explained that's fine …
