We all know the scene that is Equinox but it's good to have a gym with everything you need near the office. If only my office were in Malibu. This place is like a meat market for single agents --CAA especially. It's been fun but a little dirty and frenetic.
Staying at the hotel and working out with a colleague of mine. Towards the end of our workout...I was working with her on a few things she can do at home and the manager asked us to go outside to 'train' as it was not allowed even after I explained this was not a paying session etc just showing her a few things. I don't mind being ask to discontinue or finish up etc but the way she delivered...
I walk in to the front desk and 5 people are standing behind the counter and when I ask to see the gym they tell me they have no one to-show the gym. I was committed to purchase two membership today but I guess if a facility can not maintain regular staff to provide basic functions of the gym - is not a facility that deserves my membership.
