Poor service and rude office manager

Very poor follow thru. Dr. Eddy came out, examined our horse, gave us a price on the surgery and after we saved the money, he backed out! Carol (very rude person) made the appointment, then called and cancelled. When I spoke with her, she said he would not do it because it wasn't feasible! Really??? and you didn't know this in the beginning? LIARS!
