Epic Medical Daycare

Horrific experience!!!

The management of this facility is absolutely deplorable, and this is very apparent in the contract and after dealing with the director. The director, Nicole, is in no way concerned about accommodating the schedules of working parents, and establishes her policies so that they solely benefit her. She will close the daycare for two weeks and expect full payment for this time in advance. Nicole herself does not even adhere to her own ridiculous policies and guidelines. She does not ask for or follow up with immunization records, or at least in my case she never asked to see it. When children are injured in her facility, she "cleans" open wounds with baby wipes. Additionally, she places emphasis on cleaning with oils as opposed to other naturally formulated cleaners or bleach.

Your child will learn little to nothing as she expounds on "play-based" learning. Furthermore, children are not taught the appropriate milestone tasks and are not grouped according to age from my observations. If anything, your child will most likes regress. My child is an avid and vocal learner, and he has not displayed any newly learned tasks or words over a two month period.

Lastly, the other two child care providers seemingly lack any qualifying credentials as daycare providers. If you are interested in wasting your child's brain and paying for it, this is the right place for you!! Good luck.

I would give zero stars but unfortunately that is not an option!
