I called EPB because our power was flickering on and off tonight. They informed me that down the street people were completely in the dark due to a fallen tree and that's probably why we were having issues. I didn't think anything else about it. EPB actually came by to make sure we weren't having anymore problems. Excellent customer service!

I actually cheer when I drive past one of their billboards. On the exceedingly rare occasion there is a problem they have already been aware and preemptively fixing it. And their customer service representatives treat you like a human with a brain. I'm grateful we have an alternative to Comcast.
