Three weeks after my eye exam, my contact lenses were still not ordered. Although in a nice location, the service at this clinic is unacceptable. I placed an order for contact lenses OVER a month ago, and have yet to receive them. They told me they would be ready a week after my eye exam, but this was not the case. After I called to check up on the status of my order, they gave me another date (which again was incorrect).
