To begin with, Chris is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and hard working. As far as the service, every single stain was removed! Tough stains that had been previously left behind by our last carpet cleaner were completely removed by Chris. Quick response too, we were able to schedule an appointment with a two day notice. The spot cleaner he supplied us is superior to any I have ever used. I actually threw away all the store bought cleaners which left heavy residues behind and created worse stains! Our white carpet looks new!!! Thank you so much! Kerry & Dennis Dowdell

They were running a little late, but called to let me know. They were friendly, professional and quick. There was a neighboring carpet that I did not have them clean which had a few spots. They took care of those spots as well--without me even asking. I would definitely use them again.

Chris and his associate were immediate and responsive in everything from the scheduling of the appointment to the services provided. They were careful and respectful of my time and home. The work was professional and of a high quality.
