I have been renting from this Enterprise for years. Luckily for me I have not had the need to rent a car for the past couple of years until recently. I have rented 3 cars in the last 5 months....

Great customer service- Lauren helped me. I would definitely recommend this location. Very quick, easy and great service! Anyone giving less than a 5 star rating is just a bitter bitter person ;)

Supposed to pick me up at repair shop. They arrived, looked inside, got back in their car and left. No explanation. Called them back. Another driver arrived 10 minutes later. Took me to office in a very dirty car and he made no effort to clean off half a bag of chips somebody had dumped on the …

Amazing everybody was so helpful and so kind they gave me a shuttle ride there and back to the body shop to pick up my vehicle also very understanding with me getting the car impounded in downtown LA one of the days I was responsible for the vehicle
