Worst rental experience ever. I rented a car as a replacement for my Jeep after I was rear-ended and my Jeep was being repaired, little did I know I was going to get rear-ended twice. I was given a Nissan Altima and two days after I received the car, while entering the Interstate near my home driving to my son's school to pick him up, the rear driver side door window imploded violently behind...

This firm is impossible to deal with. I have a reservation but cannot get to an actual person to change the time I need to pick up a car. Looping through their voice mail system eventually tells me to dial the number where the entire process started, what's the point? Maybe another firm would actually like my business.
