Productivity is very low. Customer service is lacking. Wait time with reservation was close to 1 hour.

I would highly recommend renting from enterprise in Perris CA. The staff was friendly, helpful, and the price was cheaper than most car rentals in the area.

Made a reservation the night before, it was confirmed online. However the next morning I got a call from Enterprise saying that there were no cars available, but that someone would call me later...

My sister and I walked in and the person at the front desk did not even acknowledged that we had entered. He never even made eye contact or welcome us to enterprice. He also did not inform anyone else that we were there. I figured ok, hes helping someone else so I will wait until they are done. Then a women from the back came out and was very surprised to see us. Again no welcome, or how can I help you, nothing of the sort. She was ranting on on how she needed to take a car to the car wash. Then I took the initiatve and told her that I was there to rent a family vehicle.I told her that I...
