Terrible Service

Tried several times to get a rental car from this place while my personal car was in the shop for repairs. Customer service was zero! Very unhelpful staff. They couldn't come up with a car for me and didn't even try calling any of the nearby Enterprise companies to help assist me. I do not recommend doing business with this office.

Let me start by saying that I made my rental in September (16th to be exact) and did not need to pick up until Thanksgiving weekend at 5:00 pm. Thankfully, I called to see if I could pick up my "confirmed" vehicle earlier in the day and was told that "they" had been trying to reach me since my original confirmation date and did not have the van that I ordered. 1st the number they claimed that...

I've had good service from all Enterprise locations I've visited until this one. No cars were available even though I had one reserved for a couple of weeks. They had my contact info--phone number...
