Great customer service at the check-in desk and the vehicle I received was in great condition. Thank you Enterprise for saving the day!
I have used a competitor car rental company for at least 4 years until recent bad experiences with their customer service and terrible reservation practices. Never again will I use anyone than Enterprise just to save a Dollar.

The only complaint I have is the staff member explained some things too quickly when I picked up the rental. Other than that it was a quick and easy process of renting a car from Enterprise Harlingen and paying for it upon return.

The staff at Harlingen was excellent but the car we got, though it served our needs fine, was extremely dirty. I had to wash the inside windows because it was very difficult to see when the sun shined or oncoming headlights shown on them. The inside was vacuumed but the seats were very stained. We planned on renting when we travel to Vegas in April but may go with another agency depending on...
