I am writing this to express my dissatisfaction and disgust with service. I recently got a rental vehicle through my insurance because my vehicle was involved in an accident. My vehicle is an AWD 4D sedan. First off, I should have received a rental vehicle equal to or better than my own. The vehicle I got was a 4d front wheel drive sedan. Secondly, the vehicle wasn't even clean. It was filthy....
