I actually LIKE Enterprise. However, I will never, ever use the Enterprise in Glenwood Springs again! Do not trust that they have your reservation that you made and even checked on the day before. Do not expect to be treated in a professional, helpful manner. Do not expect to be remembered. These two "professionals", Cassandra and Parker, just can't be "bothered" and really couldn't care less...
