This enterprise location is my favorite and i am renting from them very often. johan is always professional and really helpful everytime i am there. i would definetly recommend them.

After each complaint, there is a nice e-mail allegedly from Enterprise, that states " your comment is important to us, please respond to Customer Care @ Enterprise.com (or something close.)  If you right-click and look at the SOURCE of the response, you'll see that this an automated web script, not a real response from Enterprise.  Thank you, Enterprise.It's nice to know that you care.  See you...

I rented a vehicle from this business in mid December and upon returning the car, the Enterprise employee had found damage to the vehicle's right rear door. It was apparently caused by a shopping cart striking the vehicle. The damage was limted to a half dollar size dent and two scratches to the paint about two feet below the small dent.
