Great service. Very helpful, cleaned out the back of the truck because I would be taking some stuff that couldn't get dirty. Ended up washing the whole thing for me.

absolutely pathetic. we dealt with someone there named christina. she was rude to my sister with her rental car talking to her like she was a 5 year old, to my wife with our rental and my father...

Excellent Service

I had to rent a car last year when my car was totaled in an accident. The staff was courteous, even allowing me to switch vehicles as I wasn't comfortable with the first one. Top Notch!

I just spoke with an un-named salesperson and then a manager named "Jack." They called to varify my rental for Thursday and Friday December 30 & 31, 2010. Since they close at 4:00 pm on Friday I mentioned that I may not make it back by 4:00, but wanted to make sure I could drop the keys in a drop box if it was between 4:00 and 6:00.
