I have rented from Enterprise for years now. I just returned a car to the Courtland Street location and was slapped with a $75 detail fee because I took my dog along. Nowhere on the website nor any of their rental agreement documentation does it state "no pets". The rental clerk notified me of the "no smoking" policy....but never even mentioned the pet policy. Talk about breaking the law... There is no mention of no pets to be in the car but if they find one hair you learn after the fact that they charge you for cleaning their car. Of course it is after the car wash is closed. I've looked everywhere and there is nothing in writing about no animals, not to mention the fact that they knew I had animals with me. After trying to get me to keep the car...

it was the last minute, family emergency came up didnt have transportant called enterprise in lest than 12 minutes they were knocking at my door tank full of gas and i was on my way lest than 10 minutes highly recommended
