Nothing outstanding here. Just good solid breakfast favorites served by a friendly staff.
Hard to go wrong with their selection of omelets, and the briskets and gravy dish is tasty and filling. During the off-season this is place where locals congregate. So if you want some local flavor, try going after Columbus Day.

The Long Lake Diner is a nice place to fuel up for breakfast before hitting the hiking trails, paddling the lake or casting a fishing pole.

Fast, courteous service. Good food at a reasonable price. Very interesting pictures of local bear sightings. Typical diner food, as you'd expect.

Nice lunch

We stopped in Long Lake on the way to Lake George. We got here around 1:55 pm and they said they closed at 2pm to prepare for dinner, but since we're here, they'd take care of us. We had a nice lunch / breakfast. Good stop and a break from driving. Food and service were excellent.
