The dentist was fine. The front desk is a bit rude and I don't understand considering they are making money from me. Also, the hours are not accommodating for people who work. No late hours.

I went to the establishment in Valparaiso . I had Dr Wiersema and I have nothing but good things to say about everyone there..... I was so nervous and the staff treated me excellent The Dr was one of the best I have been too I did not feel a thing absolutely pain free I highly recommend this establishment very caring and really knows how to get the job done correctly! This place ROCKS LUV...

poor customer service when it come to insurance coverage /limits. I was told it iwas MY responsibilty to know my coverage not theirs
