It's a sad day, Denver — chef Paul Reilly and GM Aileen Reilly will close Encore on Colfax after brunch service this Sunday. Due to severed lease negotiations at the Lowenstein Theatre Complex, the Reilly siblings will be looking for a new space to either reopen Encore or develop another concept.
