DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! 1. Walk the ENTIRE building.. not just on the guided tour.2. Note that even when they repair damage... they can't seem to paint it the right color! (sign 1)3. I have had a wonderful experience with this property. It is in a wonderful location, the staff they have are so friendly and caring, and I really like their floorplans. If your looking for a apartment in downtown area this is the community for you.

I really wanted to like The Enclave when we first moved in. The kitchens looked very nice compared to the standard apartment kitchen you get with most places, it was gated and in a good location, and didn't come with awful plain white walls like 99% of apartments among other reasons. So i moved to the Enclave in the fall of '13 and it was a pretty nice place when i moved in... on the river, close to downtown, the cycle loop right there, the ever trying N. Little Rock historical district... etc... I had a river view on the 3rd floor (def wouldn't have been worth it had i not had the river view) …
