Crappy! Didn't do anything but replace heal...shoes were covered in dust...not polished at all!! Charged $20 per set just to fix heal. Won't be back. ( shared my disappointment when picked up...

Took a handbag to them and they fixed it PERFECTLY. quick service great craftsmanship would never know they had to cut the liner to fix the issue. Very reasonable price too! 15.00 plus tax.

Repaired quickly, cheaply and were very friendly. Had one pair of dress shoes resoled, with sole protectors, one pair that needed new heels and reconditioned and polished due to being waterlogged....

Trusted these guys with my faaavorite boots - irreplaceable in my heart. They beautifully recapped the heels and cleaned them all up from trekking through treacherous Buckeye gameday mud swamps....
