Rude and Obnoxious!!! Totally Clueless!!

I hope the retail end handles things more proficiently and professionally than the warehousemen. Those guys and gals don't have a clue. 6 hour wait to have your truck unloaded, what buffoons. And them telling the shippers the truck has been docked and is gone. haha. Really folks, stick with the little guys this company is just like all the big ones, they just don't care about anything but more money. People no longer matter.
