Don't get an upstairs unit!

I have rented an upstairs unit for over a year and it is very irritating to have to wait for them to bring a lift to the unit everytime you need to move something heavy- to make it worse, they frequently tell you it's 'too windy' to use the lift, or it is too close to closing. Also, they have nothing set up to pay your bill automatically every month- you have to mail in a check or bring it in...
