Horrible patient care and training. Worst rehabilitation center ever seen, gym the size of a bedroom, old therapy equipment, Pts seen in their rooms due to no room in gym for therapy. 2 months working Asa therapist and not one item ordered for therapists to use on patients to improve their quality of care and therapy. I had a terrible experience. My mother suffers from dementia and she was relocated to different rooms because of flooding in the facility on two separate occasions. My mother was very confused. She didn't have consistent caregivers which caused additional confusion. Plus, they over-medicated her. I moved her after 78 days in that facility. They make a lot of promises but do not deliver. Getting even reasonable care for my Grandmother is a constant battle. Have found other patients meds in my Grandmother's med drawer. She has been without BP meds for over a week without family being notified. Rooms are cleaned only once a week. Most certainly not enough for old incontinent folks. High rates of infections. We have had nothing but problems with this place. Inadequate care for our grandmother, understaffed and what staff they have is not trained properly, mixed up meds, constant picky charges to her account, forever trying to raise the rates, I would not recommend this facility to anyone. I would like to give this NO stars whatsoever, however it doesn't post if left undone.
