I'm an Austin native and a long-time customer of Emerald's. The only comment I have to make about the statements regarding customer service issues is that it seems the attitude of the clientele has drastically changed over he past several years. Many of those from Houston, Dallas. etc. now making their shopping trips in a city that was for so long snubbed as being a hippie town are expecting... more

I contacted them a few years ago when I was heavily addicted to prescription pills. I ended up being admitted to their inpatient facility, which was a life changing event for me. When I came back to Austin, I returned to the LaHa Solutions Outpatient program. I find the staff to be extremely caring and believe I owe much of my sobriety to them. THis is a fantastic place to get help at.

Love this little jewel box of a store...super hip designer jewelry...especially like the new stuff by Los Angeles designer Margo Smith...check out the bird necklaces! They are must haves...I have seen them in L.A. boutiques for twice the price.
