Working with the staff here makes my projects so easy. They are very helpful with shirt suggestions, and both of the logos we have used here have turned out great. All my friends I have sent over there have thanked me, since so many monogram places have closed. Alyssa always remembers me and has ideas for everything I need. Everyone I have worked with there has made sure my expectations were understood up front, and there have never been any pricing surprises, with ALL fees disclosed before any work was started.
Hard to understand the experiences some of the other reviewers...
I have not been treated so poorly by any store. The bid was sent over, at the bottom it state that it is subject to normal terms. I asked what those were and never received a reply even after many contacts. The trial approval work was horrible!!!! It did not resemble the logo. Who ever the guy in the back of the store is at the computer was rude angry and practically yelled at me, said his machines could not do the work. The work was sloppy with missed stitches, unclipped threads, the prices were double that of other places. They want full payment up front with out review of the...
