I stayed here on 3/16/13. The check in was long, first I waited for someone to help, the two clerks were busy. A third clerk shows up, pleasant lady until she disappears to the back. She returns and says I just wanted to make sure we have a room for you....ummm, yes I made a reservation, you should have one (in my head).
