Surprise Parking Fee/ Unfriendly Front Desk

Hotel is OK, except the front desk personnel are not helpful and definitely unfriendly. This is my 3 'rd stay here in the past 2 years. I have noticed the trend of unfriendliness.

Also, the surprise $* daily parking fee was not noted during reservation.

Otherwise, the rooms are clean. The included breakfast is a good value
