This hotel offerred great value for money... especially when you consider the free shuttle that will drive you anywhere in a 2 mile radius. The room was clean and nicely appointed. The staff were friendly and helpful. My on complaint is minor... the elevators were very slow during peak periods.

Stayed here for the Cleveland Indian game - perfect location. The shuttle bus constantly took us to all the sight seeing places. The employees were fine - always looking to help you. Don't plan on driving up to the lobby and checking in. When we got there the parking spots up front were taken, so we drove around to the parking deck.
