The hotel was very nice and customer service was good. Normally I am on business but this was with family. The room door to the balcony was broken or not latching all of the way so the air conditioning in the room seemed to not work very well. the exhaust fan in the bathroom seemed to be insufficient and condensation was so much that the counter tops had water on them. We stayed the night prior to flying out for vacation. Excellent location, good shuttle service. Pretty hotel from the outside with Spanish design. Interior is dated, however. Staff was nice. Rooms spacious and clean. Not special, but more than adequate, and priced well.

Worst hotel experience ever. Apparently there was a baseball tournament going on and we got no sleep because of the rowdy teenagers roaming the hotel. We called and complained and were told that we needed to call and complain at least 3 times before anything would be done. Completely unacceptable. Great location and easy to get to. Quite location since it's not surrounded by other businesses. Suite was big,clean but the bathroom was small hard to get around. Breakfast was amazing just very busy and needed more helpers. Room was comfortable and nice. It was clean and well maintained and a/c worked good. We were put on west side of hotel and kept hearing airplanes taking off. Tried to watch tv but very frustrating. Hearing not so good and max vol was only 45. Could hardly hear tv and could not hear over airplanes.
