Excellent Location, Friendly and Helpful Staff. The only complaint i have is the doors to other suites, they slam loud. Other then that it was a great hotel. Busy week there in downtown Chicago during the Fourth of July!!! If you can ,take advantage of the car stays free package because Valet parking is expensive. I would definately stay there...
