i cleaned that apartment and it was IMMACULATE!!! i had 8 witnesses who either helped clean or saw how clean it was. out of $750 they took $460. and blamed it on the dog hair..which over the 2 years of living there.. i was required to pay them $850 between nonrefundable pet deposit and monthly fees. I have spent the past few weeks fighting to try to get my money back that hey stole. DO NOT...

Nice and quiet. Great neighbors and helpful staff. Warm and nearly soundproofed. Heat and water are payed for. You get a thermastat, but due to the insulation you want it down, not up.

This is the second time I've lived here... I rented one of the upper level 2bd's for a few years, then I moved away; and when I decided to return to the area, the management remembered me by name, and welcomed me back with a perfect carbon of my old place... Everything was clean, the staff was great... I actually think the maint. staff would come over on Christmas morning if you asked them to...
