I have lived at Embassy Place for almost 4 years and I have to tell you the location is great!! I travel to and from Illinois very often, and its close to the expressway as well as to shopping.
Would definately NOT recommend. For the amount of money rent is, the walls and ceilings are not sound proof and the buildings having many problems. WOULD NOT WASTE MY MONEY ON THESE APARTMENTS!
I lived in Embassy Place Apartments for 3 years. They started out as a wonderful place to live ... an excellent, personable manager (Cyndi Hill), new construction, a quiet, safe location. While these convienences continue to be true, if I were considering moving there today I don't think I would make the same choice, for a few important reasons.
I would not recommend this apartment complex. The walls and floors are thin. For the price, I would expect more privacy.
