First check in was at another location which had no parking so I had to double park. Once we got to the b&b's location there was no parking. We had to park in an alley behind property.The room was very dated and had cob webs. Sink was in bedroom which was not that big of a deal but worth mentioning

My husband and I chose this B&B since it was one of the few places close to town that didn't have an over the top rate. It was good for what we paid for, but the condition of the room was below average. The paint was peeling, and the walls and carpets were heavily stained. The staff was very pleasant, however. Seemed charming for starters but... Breakfast is served throughout 3 affiliated inns on Clark street, not at elm street. We were walked through all 3 just to find a seat, the French toast was just toast but blueberry pancakes were great. Housekeeping did not visit the room until after 5pm daily, the last day they didn't come at all but dropped of linens at 630pm while we were getting ready for...
