Obviously if she doesn't remember you then you must be a high maintenance client that tips poorly. I also find it inappropriate to use someone's name in a review. If you don't like the place then don't go back no need to trash someone.

I read some of the ups and downs - but decided to go. Appointment was easy to get and Lisa did a fab job on my brows... so I am going back.

I only got a manicure here.
