He was punctual to take my nearly $1000 deposit and then stood me up at least 7 times. When he did return he destroyed my filter while working on my pump, then disappeared AGAIN. After reaching him to give him an ultimatum, 2 weeks after destroying my filter, he missed the deadline of the ultimatum by a day and was rude (and lied) to me because I wasn't home on the late day he chose to show up....
