I give them 5 stars. I normally do not write a review, but, I received such great service from Elite Promotions that I had to let other people know. I placed an order for my business with a lady named Tanis. I needed it immediately and after I placed the order (1 and 1/2 days later) I realized that I needed additional pieces. I contacted her and I don't know how she did it, but, she delivered my order with the additional items on time. Thanks. John
