Elite Fitness Personal Training and Massage Therapy offers state-of-the-art cardio equipment. Although this gym does focus more heavily 0n cardiovascular workouts than strength training, there are free weights as well. Along with the cardio machine, the gym offers spin and Pilates classes. Members of the gym may also sign up for individual one-on-one classes with personal trainers.
