We used them, they have refused to pay the bill on equipment rented for work they did on our yard, and now the equipment company is coming after us, the homeowner, with threats to put a lien on our house. We have it in writing in the contract that HE WROTE that ELITE COLORADO CUSTOM BUILDERS/EDWARD SCOTT is responsible for ALL equipment rented for work done on our house; despite this he is refusing to pay the bill and we are being forced to take legal action.
