They were exceptionally quick to make the first appointment, but follow up service while waiting on parts has been bad.

asked for follow up from service. I had to contact them to see if repair was done after the fact. it was but I thought they should have let me know without me having to pursue them. otherwise it was fine,

The tecnician did all he could but we found out that no repair was needed, however he did not leave a receipt with us even though we were told that if a repair is needed within 30 days, there will be no service call charge or diagnostic fee.
