I was impressed with Dr Elias but then I referred a friend to him. He liked the doctor but then he never received a bill (insurance co-pay) so he forgot about it. The office bookkeeper sent it to a collection agency. Even after finding out they never billed him he still ended up paying out about 4 times the amount. Both parties fault but if bookkeeper can't mail out statements that is bad.
