First of all, I did not know the Element was by Westin..I did not believe that our booked room (90. taxes included, Hotwire) would look like the website room pics..was I pleasantly wrong!The hotel is beautiful, the room was fantastic (clean and had everything n more that we needed..dvd, stovetop, l shape sectional and a Westin trademark, "Heavenly Bed"..My mate...

Clean and quiet business hotel. Bathroom was not moldy, although shower did leak on the floor.
Was very convenient to have the kitchenette available, and it was kept clean by housekeeping.
Breakfast was included in the mornings and was pretty good quality and variety.
Pleasant stay overall!

disappointed

First time at an Element and I was very disappointed. They advertised appetizers and cocktail hour in which no one participated. The apps consisted of only soup and there were 2 small kegs of beer and a couple bottles of wine. No Ambiance whatsoever....
It seemed everyone was over at their sister property, ALOFT , across the street
