The location is a slightly gritty area, but I felt safe and enjoyed being in the Mission neighborhood. While climbing into the loft bed would be challenging for some, the bed itself was comfortable, and other than the toilet breaking, the room was clean. I would recommend Elements to flexible, budget-conscious travelers, but not to the general public.

The place was absolutely fantastic! It's no longer a hostel and the rooms are newly renovated. I loved the location and the price of the hotel you can't beat! Will be back .

It's good for that money, good location. The room is big and clean.

Staff was very rude and unfriendly, they didn't want to help. The extra
bed which we needed for few nights wasn't a bed, it was a mattress.
Rooftop terrasse was closed for the renovation. мEry loudly. Can be
heard talking in the next room, the music from the bar on the first
