ridiculous return policy

HORRIBLE return policy, I have no idea why anyone would buy anything there....I bought a LCD tv for about $800 bucks a couple of months ago. Within no time half of the entire screen was going red. I called to return the defective tv for another one and they said that it was out of their hands and I would have to deal with the manufacturer...
