I had a horrible experience with this company. I called and told them I needed to tow my car to their shop. They told me that they close at 5, but I can drop the car off in front of the shop and drop my keys in the drop box, which I did. Electroleon is great, I've been using them for 2 years without a single problem. I've even taken my car to them when a hummer ran over the front of it...literally..ran over my car... fixed beautifully, like new.
