I've been a customer for more years than I can count. Elcily is truly the best salon I have ever been to. I now take my teenage niece and she loves the soft and shiny results. Great Job!

I have been using this salon for about 4 years, I go maybe twice a year,everytime I leave their I am 100 percent satisfied, they really do work on Spanish and African American hair, thanks girls.
