We love it here. The food is great and the staff is extrememly friendly. Granted I wish their tvs were the HD - FLAT SCREENS but other than that I wouldn't change a thing!!
It was a quiet afternoon at the Elbow Room with few customers. I had entered the place slightly distressed and in need of a phone. I was allowed to make the call and then I left. I had reentered once again in need of the phone. This time however I was told no. I then proceeded to tell them that my baby was lost and that I needed to find him. I asked if it would be possible to call the police...

Most likely you would overlook this downtown eatery as it is not in the heart of downtown and easy to miss as you travel on Pennsylvania. The food is good but not outstanding and the prices are moderate. There is rarely a long wait so it's a great place to meet friends for dinner before an evening downtown.
