Wow! Have you tried their pizza? Baylor Hospital is one lucky hospital to have pizza like this so close by. I went to the Elbow room for an early Saturday pizza and was floored by this amazing pizza. On a recent Saturday around midnight, we found a booth near the entrance, underneath the topless Mona Lisa painting, which is perhaps the bar's signature decoration. Staff members say patrons have offered to buy it, but the bar isn't selling.

What a surprise to find the best salad I have ever had at the elbow room. It is next to Baylor Hospital and I needed something to eat. I would usually not go into a bar for food, but gave it a try and now fee like you should know that if you want the best salad ever in a casual atmosphere, go here!
