Went there yesterday to get highlights done all over. Elaine did a great job.
I had really dark hair, so I was nervous getting light highlights done, but it turned out beautiful. Now my teen girl didn't like her haircut, but her was done by another stylist there. Elaine did a haircut on my hair and it looked amazing:). And on top of that, she was great, so friendly:)! Totally recommending her...

I had an awful experience with Elaine. She was disrespectful, rude embarrassing and humiliating me in front of her staff and other customers. She did not introduce herself to me, she did not consult with me, she was impatient and talked very loud. I tried to explain how I wanted my hair cut but she kept rudely interrupting me uninterested in what I had to say and telling me what not to say...
